Sarah Zerella, Senior Associate, Strategy

Sarah Zerella is a registered Psychologist who specialises in workplace strategy, change management, behavioural research and organisational development. Her experience supports effective consultations with clients, which are particularly important for translating employee strategies and business objectives into meaningful and effective workspace outcomes.

Kate Horton, Principal, Strategy

Based in our Auckland studio, Kate has over 12 years experience in delivering sophisticated workplace strategy solutions and research services for leading organisations.
