Covid-19 has accelerated the pace of change for law firms. With the rapid shift to remote working many firms have since embraced new technology, made changes to how they work and harnessed the potential of underutilised tools.

As some firms transition or prepare to transition back to the office, it begs the question, what is the next normal and how will the workplace and its people be influenced?

In this panel discussion, we will discuss:

  • How the pandemic has dramatically accelerated the shift to a new way of working
  • How our panellists are managing and engaging their distributed workforce
  • A framework to help inform decisions about your future workplace
